Since there are planes and dimensions, has anyone here got a technique so that one can perceive the 4th dimension? Is it ESP or something different altogether?

As I understand it, spirit comes from the 3rd dimension in connection with our efforts (psychic, sensitivities) to commune and communicate. It requires that we on earth raise our understanding and awareness to meet up with the sensitivities of those reaching from their end. That is what meditation (for development) and the exercises used are all about.

I understand the third dimension as structural. Three is how many legs a table needs to stand up.

The 4th dimension is time. Bridging the past the future in the present is moving into the 4th dimension.

The fifth dimension is ones. Ether which is spirit, subtle energy.

So perceiving the 4th dimension is to see that time is not linear, and everything is happening simultaneously, am I right?

Sounds right. Also perceiving time as natural rhythms that occur in nature and within bodies and not something outside of the self that a clock is needed to keep track of. Clocks were the first machines of this age, and of many to follow which have disrupted our relationship with nature and bio-rhythms.
