J: I think my English is quite well established, thank you very much. I would have used some form of bold or italics writing, but found it unweildy to operate on this site. I used my initials to differentiate what was yours or my comments.

To clarify this a definition of spirit must be established. There is the great spirit which moves through all things and connects all beings with one another and with source. Then there are individual spirits some which serve various purposes. There is also the souls spirit which is the part of the soul which can wander in spirit form.

J: All those forms of spirit are spirit form no matter how you choose to differentiate. We are body, mind, spirit while yet in the physical body with a material vibration, and the mind and spirit on a finer level of vibration.

J; The soul is our individual essence that uses the spirit body to manifest on the physical/material vibration, while yet vibrating at a finer level. At the death of the physical body the spirit is set free containing all the lessons the soul has accumulated. We are individualized spirit going on to the next level of our learning and growing. The spirit realms contain many opportunities that are not acknkowledged if we have to return again and again to the physical body.

This is different from soul as a soul is a beings essence. This essence has transformed through all the experience it has been through. Forms it has taken in the past can be just as unrecognizable in it's current form as dirt that was once organic matter left to compost.

J: As stated above, the soul can continue to grow and learn - why keep returning to kindergarten when so much more is available? Why start over again and again through the years of baby before rational thought when so much more is available?

I find the fact that I have lived many lives to be undeniable. Some souls may be new and living their first physical life. Some souls may have dark pasts which they would rather ignore then deal with.

J: And I find the fact that I do not have to reincarte to be very important and undeniable as fact to me.

Are trying to tell me that patterns I see from past lives effecting this life and things coming up that the only logical and intuitively sound answer I can find to are things coming up from past lives that need dealing with is merely just spirit being close to me. So the subtle ethereal being that moves through everything is the cause of this, and why I am dealing with these things and not others. That would take some more explaining to convince me, especially with the amount of evidence I have seen point to past lives.

J: I am not trying to convince yourself or anyone else - merely to state there are other explanations not yet considered by those who rely heavily on it being a past life experience rather than any new adventure life can offer. I see all life as an adventure in learning both on the earth plane and when the spirit is freed to spirit realms.

"J: Yes a child is more spiritually aware until about 7 or 8 when peer pressure and other material considerations take sway. And there is nothing meaningless in this progressive nature as all has to be learned to enhance the soul. The soul is in the earth life to learn the lessons necessary to take back to spirit realms. Some get caught up in meaningless things and do not progress. Like worrying about things that are out of control or that do not matter. Such as what other people might think.

J: Yes that is true - many people do get caught up in the material vibration that is so strong in the physical body, rather than seek the spirit vibration within. But as natural law works, they also go unprepared into spirit realms that require a certain amount of growth from the earth plane life. And there are also urges within the human being that set in at various ages and stages of life. You will find that as you think at a teen level will open to others things in your 20, then 30s, then 40s, etc. So regardless of how we think now many things will also open to us later in our lives.

"J: You appear here to be having your cake and eat it too. How is the physical level a tool for the spirit and remain a foundation for the following levels? If there is reincarnation over and over for a single soul is has to be temporary? "

Reincarnation gives us chances to work out our imbalances. If there is no imbalance there is no need for reincarnation and the trouble of starting to build a body again from the beginning can be saved.

J: As we grow we change. Age tends to bring with it lessons learned that youth has not considered. When someone thinks they KNOW all the answers, they have not yet met all the Questions that need to be asked.

In yoga there are 8 limbs. The first is the physical development maintenance and well-being. The next limb is the mind yoga. The Body is a tool for the mind. If it is developed to a high enough level it can handle the intense mental energies coming through it without being ripped apart. It can also if developed enough handle long sitting mediations without decaying. I don't know much about the other 6 limbs and I don't think I ought to until I have more mastery over the first and the second.

"J: Experience has taught me through life that no ONE practice will ever be the savior of your health and well being. Breathing exercises are good as a practice."

I did say combined with other exercises and energy work.

Breathing must be done properly to discover the full benefit of it. It also with proper practice makes other exercises much smoother. It is a necessary part of a deeper more holistic bodily maturation.

J: You might consider that the body needs oxygen and therefore breathes without conscious thought. It is programmed into the whole being.

"J: Just as our lives are not written before we live them, so destiny is not written before you have a chance to experience. We are creative beings for a reason. We create each and every step we take. Consider us as a part of nature: we sow the seeds of our lives (thoughts) water them with our tears, nurture them with the food of inspiration and imagination, and fertilize them with our successes and failures in life so that the blossom in the end is about all our experiences forming the garden of our life. "

There are any myriad of ways to reach a destination.

Yes well all co-create the reality we experience. A quote I heard that I like goes something like "your potential is gods gift to you, how much of it you realize is your gift to god"

The creator gives us free will to make life interesting. If everything was predetermined it would get boring for the being determining everything. If the creator gave us potential and laid out a path for us to realize this potential then the creator would be happy if we lived out what was given and enjoyed it and feel good in the knowledge that it's creation is happy to exist. But if we add input and make it more interesting I am sure the creator would be even happier to see things turn out more interesting with input from more beings.

The story of Lucifer is that Lucifer couldn't bear seeing creation suffer and pleaded with god to do something but god let them have free will and let them choose what they will, even if it is pain and suffering. Lucifer couldn't bear to watch humans suffer from their choices any longer and descended to help them. I guess slightly different from other versions of the story but it illustrates a point.

J: Our lives can be lived without a blueprint. Accomplishment in many directions will bring so much more to the learned being than following some rituals or theologies that limit the soul. Spirituality is the key. When we seek growth, we are rewarded with growth. It is the law.

"J: Our spirit yearns for growth through service to others. Whether it is through magic or the energy of our spirit matters little in the intent at good. Our intentions can also lead to our growth."

Thee point I made was that if one is acting foggied by good intentions they can wind up doing bad. If they act from the place of clarity how ever they can see clearly how to best act and see clearly the effect their actions will have.

J: Good intentions will give you points of spirituality even when the outcome was wrong. Taking personal responsibility for yourself in the growth of the spirit is important. That spirit must learn with each experience. There is no magic that can take away your own good efforts of good.

J: While clarity is a wonderful gift to strive to attain, it is illusive until we experience life.

i have trouble with spells working some times, but i find that if im very passionate about something to the point where im so mad i could spit nails . it works.. i dont enjoy the idea of these kinds of spells..because it means heartache to me and pain or i wouldnt be so upset in the first place.. and havent touched this sort of thing for years. i have trouble doing positive magick however, i dont know if its because the passion, the madness isnt there like it is if im so mad im want to cause ill intent on someone. i think ive changed destiny on certain occasions.. simply because it wound up changing the way someone felt about someone and that someone remained with me.. and now i wish that person wouldnt have.. talk about bad karma comin to kick a person in the butt.

We can not change the actions, karma, destiny of anyone but ourselves. Even when trying to draw people to us or send them away from us, others would have a part to play in the resultant actions.

All metaphysical work is about energy. And we all have our own energy to use and manifest. Trying to change someone else's energy responses is not really possible, if they take charge of themselves.
