I've got a very easy recipe to cook chicken and rice

First you need a deep frying pan! Put some oil in it. (not too much)
Take as many chicken legs as you want...(I usually take 2 and there's no more place in the frying pan for another one)
Paste them with mustard, salt, pepper, and spices (I put lots of them, put as much as you want..just be careful with the salt)
Then  put the frying pan with the chicken and the spices in the fire and wait for the chicken to get a little color, then  turn it to
get some color in the other side too! When it's OK  add 2 glasses of water and cover it! Let it boil for a while (something like 8-10 minutes)
Try it with your fork that it's boiled! In the end add the juice from 1 lemon!

It's very easy I swear! And very tasty as well

For the rice take a kettle! For every person put 2 glass of water and 1 cup of rice(use the same glass you used for the water)

I'll give you a recipe for 2 persons! Put in your kettle 4 glasses of water! Put 2 stock cubes of beef (I'm not sure you understand this...so if you don't know what it is
just put some salt...not too much). Then put it in the fire! Add 2 cups of rice when the stock cubes have melt or if you use just salt immediately..<don't use both
stock cubes and salt because the stock cubes are very salted!!!> Then let the water vaporise! Try it from time to time with a teaspoon...just 1-2 coccus...
When the water is vanished the rice must be ready! Put some butter so that it becomes tastier and you're done! I use American rice (it's kind of yellow)
If you use some other rice then look at the back of the packing! But usually is 2 to 1...You can also put some more water just to be sure that it will boil enough
but you have to try it all the time that it's done and then use a colander with the very small holes for the water to go! And then add a table-spoon of butter!
I also put some of the sauce from the chicken into my rice plate!

I really hope you understand what I wrote cause it's very hard to explain recipes in English!
Hope I helped!

Does dessert count????

Here is a very good and easy recipe:

KEY LIME CHEESECAKE

1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. key lime juice
1 tsp. vanilla

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in key lime juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. May be topped with favorite fresh fruit or canned pie filling.

Enjoy if you decide to make it!

Karlene,

Here is a SUPER easy dish.  Soft too:

Beef and Noodle
2 pounds beef chunks or shredded beef
1 can of beef broth
1 jar of any kind beef gravy
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag egg noodles

Cook meat on low until tender.  I usually cook it from 3-4 hours but you can cook it faster.  Then shred it into really thin pieces.
Cook the noodles seperate
Add the broth, gravy, cream of mushroom soup, and drained noodles into the meat.  Cook until creamy.

You can make this with Chicken too.  Make it the same way only use
3 or 4 pieces of chicken breasts
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of cream of chicken soup

1 can Tuna in brine
1 can peas
1 can corn
1 tub sour cream
1/2 pack egg noodles (I like the flat ones)

empty tuna can (with water) into sauce pan over low heat.
Add peas and corn (with liquid as well).
Add sour cream, stir until melts a little.
Add egg noodles dry, and place lid on.
Stir occassionally, when noodles soft eat!
Can eat as is or on bed of rice.
Substitute veggies with anything you like
