Embrace Change
Let me not resist change but embrace it. It offers an easy path to internal transformation and personal empowerment.

Unconditionally Accept
We all find occasion to reject and resist another person. We all like to put up a fight against anything we dislike on the evening news as we spectate the world. But we forget that when we decide we will resist something or somebody, either mentally or physically, we only empower the object of our resistance, either in reality or in our own minds.
If you want to enjoy the ability to influence, always start with acceptance. If you want to disarm another begin with acceptance. If you want to encourage and empower another to change, start with acceptance. Don't make it conditional. Otherwise it's just resistance disguised as acceptance, and you are still trying to control them. And we can all smell a controller...can't you?

I AM SO GRATEFUL for living by my own standards.
No longer looking to others for validation
I expend my energies on what I believe in,
Accepting people for who they are
Makes my life much happier for me.

I AM SO GRATEFUL for perking myself up.
Singing about sunshine makes me shine inside,
When I smile others seem to be smiling too.
Making others happy is waht I try to do,
Giving back the joy that's been given to me.

I AM SO GRATEFUL for a happy-go-lucky disposition.
By choosing to see the brighter side of life
A positive outlook is ever present,
It's nothing more than a balancing act
And a trick keeping all the balls in the air

I AM SO GRATEFUL that god trusted & given me opprtunity to be on planet earth & acheive my purpose & also gods purpose

I AM SO GRATEFUL that i can write this mail , that I am part of great silva family.

I have many friends who follow others dreams becouse they are afriad of being left behind...
they go into the same classes they dont like just becouse they know some one in there...
people are so afriad of being alone in this world that we WANT to follow others dreams and achieve thier dreams just becouse thats it just becouse....
what they dont realize is that this is only making them half of what they realy are....
they could have been a doctor but instead work as a hairdresser becouse thats what her/his friend wanted to do....
honestly I can relate to not wanting to be alone...
but I cant relate to wanting some one elses dreams...
they do not fit my personality and would not make me happy..
and maybe thats why so many people dont like thier jobs..
becouse they followed some one elses dreams in highschool and thats all they qualified for...
honestly I believe that your dream is what is ment for you...
not your friend... and your friends dream is ment for your friend not you..
believe in your own dream and do w/e you can to follow it

this is my advise
