Meditation techniques

Dear Friends,

For all those who have Depression problems or any types of problems here are some
Meditation Techniques.

Meditation is nothing but how to control ur thoughts
and channelise it in the right direction. Normally due
to lots of distractions in this world we tend to lose
direction in our life and our mind wanders here and
there aimlessly and a person cannot progress and find
happiness and peace in such a state. So the need is to
control the thought process.

1. If u observe a lime in your imagination carefully.
See its colour. See the Skin and the beads of
perspiratioin on it and the general shape of the lime
and how it smells. Now u have pictured the lime
carefully in ur mind and imagine cutting it into two
pieces and squashing one piece into ur mouth.
Immediately the saliva is released in ur mouth to
counter the bitter taste. Why? Ur imagination has
conveyed to your mind to release the saliva otherwise
it would bebitter. This is only the instructions given
by ur thought process to ur brain which in turn
releases the saliva in the mouth. You have done
nothing but just imagined it.

2. Secondly if a lady is attacked by a mad dog what
she would do? Runway to protect herself. But if the
same Lady saw her child being attacked by a Tiger
would she run way? Never. Why? Because her mind would
be elevated to such a state that she would fight the
Tiger like a Tigress to protect her child. So her
mental status has become so strong that fear is out of
question in this case. The situation has made her
mentally strong and fearless.

3. Third every year we find olympic, world and other
records being broken in athletics and so many other
sports. Although the records maybe broken by a decimal
of a second but still the record is broken every year.
The athletes are not only made physically tough but
also mentally tougher so that they raise their
performance higher and higher.

4. How to strengthen your mind so that you may become
mentally tougher to live happily in this life even
though one faces lots of difficulties and set backs in
life. There are number of exercises so designed as to
make one mentallly tougher and be able to face the
challenges in life confidently.

5. Just count 100 to 1 in the reverse very fast. One
is liable to miss the counts quite a few times but
does not matter as u continue again from 100 to 1 or
from where u forgot the reading. This will stabilise
the mind.

6. Second just perform deep breathing exercises like
Pranayam. Inhale deeply, hold the breath for sometime
and then exhale it. Repeat this exercise 5 times and
do it within ur limits as initiallly everyone maynot
find it easier to inhale deeply easier so just do it
in a relaxing way and gradually increase the intensity
by inhaling deeper and deeper. This exercise should be
done in a place where there is fresh oxygen and oxygen
inabundant supply. Like Parks, Garden, Open places
where there is negligible pollution. By this exercise
u get pain between the eyebrows or just above and the
mind is automatically attracted to this and comes
under ur control.

7. Just look at some object right in front of u. Now
tilt ur eyeballs at an angle say 45 degrees and look
upwards without craning ur neck. U will get pain in ur
eyes as u r seeing against the gravity. Hold it as
long as u can. After that close ur eyelid. U will get
pain in the centre of both the eyebrows or slightly
above it. This will make ur mind concentrate on that
spot where there is pain and enables u to control ur
mind.

8. When u breathe just try to visualise the oxygen
entering ur nostril.Breathe in and Breathe out. Go on
observing it for a couple of minutes. Again the mind
will be under ur control.

This way u could urself invent hundreds of exercises
which will stabilise ur mind and mind has the power to
perform miracles. How does a saint remains in two
places at the same time? How can a saint travel to far
off places, within seconds which no flight can take u,
and then return back after attending ur work there eg.
One Saint was in Bombay in the morning and in the
afternoon he had visited Calcutta and returned back by
evening? No Flight can take u so fast. How this is
done? It takes a person to enter a Black Hole when
Deep in Meditation and he can travel at the speed of
thought and reach the place he desires.

Similarly mind has tremendous powers and lots of
miracles occur which subsequentlyscience try to
unravel and have been successful little by little.
Lots of things remain to be answered.

So as u control ur mind u r sure to reach a higher
stage where u will get peace, happiness and
satisfaction.

but how did u got those matter i mean..... that traveliing through black hole.....
plz tell me.... i need to learn more regarding these things.....

Dear Aditya,

What I write about Black Hole is verified by Science. You need to reach a very high stage of meditation and then you visualise the Black Hole, you enter it and reach the place you desire. You can only be successful if the desire is to help others. There is a White Hole also but only the most purified Saints can enter it and it is very very difficult to enter it.

Your timing on this could of not been better!

I tried to go for my normal walk and go to the tree ..the tree is gone (long story) I was soo upset by the tree that everything else that was bothering me just unfolded ..and added to ...now i dnot have my normal spot ..and i cant think straight and i have been on edge ..and something just happen that blew my mind away to never ever land ..........and to be honest I dont know if i even wish to stay on EARTH ...was looking for some sort of answer and seen this ..will try after i calm down a little on my own ...
