The energy vitamin is B12.
Balancing and centering are important exercises we perform with our own mind to Keep us healthy, and energized. Using the tools of our own consciousness (visualization, meditation, affirmation) we centre and balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Begin each day with a simple affirmation (I like; God is in His heaven and all is right with my world...it is peace and calm...one of your own choosing would work as well...keep it simple) repeat during the stress of your day and make it your last thought before sleep at night. In this way, you will be leaving all your dramas, traumas, stresses in God's hands for solutions to appear.

Yes, Swetha, I believe it will. Because we are using what are our own tools in whatever way each of us understands them, we are working on self. As Socrates said: Know Thyself! In that knowing is the understanding of when we are fine and when we need change (by personal choice and responsibility).
They may sound simple, but the message of Postive Thought has been around for a long history...in the 50s Rev. Dr. Norman Vincente Peale wrote The Power of Positive Thought and it remains a classic in the book stores and libraries today.
