Light work is considered to be working with and in the light. Using light to form the demonstration as it were. That would be the approach in Barbara Brennan's healing books.
Light work to others can be that the spirit within each of us is growing and becoming light as we strive for our own personal change and growth in spirituality. When that light shines we are working through all our experiences of life as a light being.
Somehow it is one of those things that each has their own approach to the subject. That is what I meant by Labels again. LOL
