The wishbone is in the Turkey not the chicken. It is a fun time for children to make a wish on when it is dried. Wishes are like dreams...it is up to us to fulfil them. Wishful thinking is another source within our psyche.
There is nothing so pre-determined as to not change. Death is inevitable to each of us. The spirit leave the body and we are free to fly in the spirit vibration.
Yes, we will meet again! Our loved ones gather on any passing of family or friend.
And yes, there is sorrow. As human beings we do make some attachments to each other. The more we release this attachment, the less will be our time of grief at the transition of our loved ones.

I'm sorry Spiritalk but there is a wishbone in a chicken, I know because I have seen it and have used it to make a wish. I don't know anything about turkeys and about them having a wishbone, I've never eaten that bird to know if they do.
