I didn't mean to imply that you were pointing the finger anyone and I am sorry if it came across that way.  I was only trying to explain how I felt as a new member upon reading the conversation so that people would know how others who are just joining, thinking of joining or even already members might feel after reading that conversation.
I am in full agreement that what others share in their posts maybe contain something that helps someone else and that everyone learns from one another.   The point I was trying to make is when people read negative things they tend either to not respond or to leave judging the entire thing as negative which leads to gaining no knowledge for anyone, and they would not even think of talking positive to anyone about the place and everyone misses out on the knowledge that person has and the other peoples knowledge they might have recommended.

what you are saying is right ms_jeeney.... i guess its my fault for pushing people to post more..anyways i have learnt my lesson and its ok how much ever people post.
