You are correct work should be fun but one should also satisfied with their financial benefits also.Then it will be fun.

the very idea of satisfaction is vague. with conflicting wishes, satisfactions are also partial. or else, how does 'compromise' come into existence?
I was satisifed until I got burnt out....
