What can people say about pain and how can you manage it without medication.

Well it depend on the pain.

When we recive pain, then it's our body telling us that something is wrong with it. We need to investigate the pain and I recomend a homopat.
They only use natural medecine and can show good result.

I agree to keep normal medecine as last result. Those can have good outcome on a narrow illness, but many times they have side effects that are not so good.

I also recomend to start with meditation. If done right it let the whole body relax and you can collect new strength.
30 minutes twice a day should help.

wat abt mental pain?????? wouldnt meditation or a visit to d counseller be the only solution???

That's why I said...it's depend on the pain...there are no simpel solution for all

Therefore even mental pain can be helped and/or releived by meditation to clear the mind.
