In the horoscope for the above did you notice one thing

Rahu is exalted in the 4th house in Taurus

Secondly, Saturn the lagna is exalted in libra , placed along with Mars, but the Sun who is debilitated in that house is placed in 12th house , in  Kendra position to Saturn , thus nullifying the exaltation of Saturn

In the 11th house there is great amount of graha yuddha

The difference i see is that in male horoscope the navamsa lagna is in odd sign and whereas in thegirl horoscope the navamsa lagna is in even sign

what wud u say is the future of both of them?

Charts of Twins: Charts of twins are always a challenge for astrologers. Generally in such cases, the best way is to resort to Astro Palmistry, wherein the lines on hands will differ, though the charts are too similar and indiscernible. Another way of prediction would be by Prasna astrology with a chart cast for the time of query. Even the divisional charts do not throw much light sometimes! If the twins are male n female, then prediction pattern can change. For example, 8th house is mangalya sthana , 4th house is character & integrity, 9th house is progeny for women( Note mars n Saturn in the 9th house in the girl’s chart can cause abortions/ surgical delivery), whereas these factors will change in the case of men.
Coming to the chart on hand, I would rate them as excellent as many  yogas are present.  
(i) Vasumathi( Guru, Sukra. Budha in the 11th), Gaja kesari, besides Sada sanchara yoga formed by exalted lagna lord in a chara rasi indicating long stay abroad.There is also Akhanda samrajya yoga formed by lagna being a fixed sign and 11th lord Jupiter occupying 11th house. Of course debilited Saturn in Navamsa and 7th lord Sun in the 12th  are  little dampeners. The 11th house occupation is considered to be good for benefic n malefic planets. With 3 benefics (Moon waning) in the 11th, I can rate these horoscopes as nothing but excellent.  SRS
