I realised this a long time ago.. but just wanted to know what u guys think
i feel when u expect something frm someone and it isnt fulfilled ..u feeel let down. but if dont expect anything then, if someone does any small thing for u, he is appreciated )
y do humans expect so much...
let me know what u feel about it? i mayb wrong in my way of thinking but this what i feel....

I don't know why humans expect so much, but I find pessimism to be the ideal lifestyle.  If you always expect the worst then you're either always right, or pleasantly surprised.  It's a win-win situation! :D

if you expect only good, that is what will manifest.  What the mind can conceive the body and spirit can fulfil.  We can only change ourselves and make any adjustments we see fit.  No one else can tell us how to think or be, so with that in mind, we can see the good in others and by that create a positive world.
