hello friends,
First of all, congratulations Abhishek/Swetha, I foresee good times ahead for the board

Your Sunsign is the zodiac sign in which Sun was present at the time of your birth. This can be calculated based on Western method or Indian method.

But, most of us go by the date range used by many websites and Astrologers to determine our Sunsign. I think this is an issue that you should all be aware of.

Just thought I should raise this when the Board is still a baby..

The only way to really know your Sun Sign is to create a birth chart. You can find any number of websites offering free birth charts - both western and Indian.

I must add that both the Western and Indian systems are correct - within their own knowledge domain.

yes, I am a Jyotishi but do not believe in predictions, therefore no way to make money out professional consultations

I believe, Astrology is a great tool for Personal Growth. And in fact, Personal Growth is the only purpose of Astrology.
