Maybe it's just me, but from my vantage point, the image is a tad blury and bright.  So I haven't really got anything other than way out guesses.  Is it poosible to post another pictire slightly clearer and in natural light?  I'd love to see if I can assist.

By the style of the jewelry I would assume it's a polished turquoise, but like I said that's just an assumption. Like the previous poster said, maybe if you post a different picture it would help a little.
