i have studied your chart and there is a bit of a catch here...
wearing a neelam for u is good in terms of confidence, attitude, zeal......it will definitely boost your morale but it is not really good in a long run....for starters, you don't need to strengthen your saturn, it is strong enough being exalted in D 9
and secondally but very importantly, it is mutually aspecting both sun and moon, so wearing a neelam would mean overpowering them, which is not good....
moreover it can affect your fathers health, and to a slight extent yours tooo....
i would advice you not to wear it, but if you've already bought it, you can use it as a piece of jewellery, wear it occasionally...
remember it is bound to increase your confidence and attitude.....so wear it on occasions when you have to go to a party or a gathering...
