As it seems hard to get specific answers like this on this board - I'm not sure if it's because people just don't know enough, or they don't have the time to delve this deeply, or what - I'd say the best thing is to have a look at something like Complete Idiot's Guide to Feng Shui, and to learn about your Flying Stars yourself.
It may not have interpretation for you, but it does show you what is a good room, etc, and may help you figure out where is best to situate what in terms of Flying Stars.
