WHile what the others have said is true.. that you should consult an expert for the most proficient setting in your office there are somethings you can do in the meantime.

First off, get rid of as much clutter as possible. Get a few organizers and get things that you absolutely need o the office put in the proper place. The office is a place that should be serene and uncluttered for the utmost efficiency in your work.

If this is a home office you should consult someone about the best colors to use for your peace of mind and repaint. Make it simple, and peaceful. If you are a novice to feng shui you can do a google for some basic understanding and ideas...

Remember, anything that you do that pleases YOU and brings peace to the environment will be beneficial to you.

There are too many mitigating factors to determine the proper Feng Shui for your business through a discussion forum.  Somethings to consider:

1) Your birth date and consequently your kua to determine the best direction for your business to face. (and anyone else who works in your business)
2) The nature of your business and if it suits your Chinese astrological sign.
3) The businesses and cityscape that surrounds your business, including roads, lampposts, etc.
4) The history of the land on which your place of business was built.
5) The feng shui of your place of residence.
6) Etc.

The best thing is to learn as much as you can about Feng Shui and find someone that has a good reputation in your area to do a consultation with you.

I'm no expert It would be good to consult a book and check the directions in you office. It's always good to try to incorporate plants and other natural elements in (you can go as far as you want with placement and such, and colors and numbers). One thing I always look for is "poison arrows" and try to avoid them. It's never good to have seating under any beams. The placement of your desk can be very important. The power position is when it's facing the door so you can see people as they come and go. Like others have said, there's alot of factors to consider but you can do some simple things to enhance the positive feel.
