I don't think Planet X is causing global warming (sorry I didn't read the book), but it's caused by these FRIGGIN' oil companies and the FEDERAL RESERVE!

I think all countries have to take responsibility for global warming.

The developed countries paid no heed to these issues and these issues did not exist when they were in their industralization ages. They filled the glass till say 2/3rd. Now that the devloping countries have embarked on the same industrialisation, they cannot be held solely responsible as their economic practices is making the contents of an already substantialy full glass, spill over.

These issues are in the forefront, hence the developmental activities of the developing countries is being benchmarked to new standards. These standards did not exist when the current economic powers were developing. Does this mean they should get away scot free? Should they be allowed to stop poor countries from appling the same economic pratcices that helped them raise their standard of living?
