What about Lucidity??

Why do flying in dreams (and free falling for that matter) need to be lucid?
A couple of days ago i dreamt that i was jumping again and again from the third floor and i didn't hurt myself, but it felt great... kind of like bungee jumping... and those dreams (were) felt 'real' to me.

If I may help out here a little, the flying dreams you are all experiencing is in reality Astral Projection. We all can do this. Astral Projection is when our spirits leave out bodies and fly! We all do this naturally but with training, it could be a wonderful experience! With the right training, we can visit old friends, ones that are and ones that have passed over. We can travel into the future or back into the past! We can visit other planets if we so desire. We can meet with our spirit guides and get advice and answers to our questions!  If we have a friend that we have met online from another state,and would like to meet them, we could set up a time and place and meet with them. We can heal others if someone is sick also. There are so many possibilities out there, i can't list all of them!I can do this and I can teach you how to do this! Right now, I am running the free tarot course in the tarot forum Maybe when I finish that, if there is interest, i will start classes on astral projection and remote viewing!
