Today I dreamt of arguing with a cashier from a fast food store.
I don't remember much, except my mom was ordering food.
The cashier totaled her order and my mom gave her $10.
However, the cashier wanted exact change and my mom didn't have exact change. The cashier takes the $10 and my mom and I are talking about the fact she could have taken the $10 and gave us change.
Next thing I know, the cashier told my mom to shut up and I intervened with a retort, which led to us arguing.

Maybe this dream has to do with my over-protection of my mom.

Another dream I had in the same day was when my mom and I went to look at apartments. The apartment we went to was very unusual. There were no doors or walls dividing each apartment; I could see what each tenant was doing. The apartments were really nice, too. Each had various brick-colored walls and high-end appliances. Somehow, my mom and I ended up in an Asian family's apartment at the far end of the building. They were really nice. Then I woke up.
