Last night before I went to sleep, I asked my spirit guide to come to me.
For some reason the name Hannah came up in my dream and I woke up at 3:18 am. Then I curled up and went back to sleep.

Now, I have the smell of tea in my room. Like my room smells like someone is boiling tea in it. And no, noone is in the kitchen at all. And the heat is not on in our house either!

What does this mean?

When we seek our spirit guide it is best placed in meditation rather than dreams.  Dreams are mostly about our emotions to be resolved.  Visions from meditation we are alert to decide their meaning and see their benefits.

You have a name.  Perhaps the smell of tea was saying sit quiet with a cup of tea and commune with it and see what happens.

I will... I have to go buy some sugar. We're out of it at the house, lol.

Try honey *wink* or a tea that doesn't need sugar. Soo good and better for you than white refined processed sugar. It will make you sleep and dream better too, depending on what kind of tea you choose. Some teas will enhance vivid dreaming.

I have learned that I have more than one spirit guide and suddenly I get lots of signs in my waking hours. A friend asked me what animal guide I could identify with and I said I feel strongly drawn to cats in a spiritual connection kind of way. All of a sudden, I am told that I have a lynx guide hanging out with me, based on a picture with a shadow that reaally does resemble a lynx and the lynx keeps popping up around me. Yesterday I check my mail and what stared at me from the front page of my kid's National Geographic magazine? The LYNX. Considering that it is becoming a rare animal, it's quite amazing that it keeps showing up around me... it's not like you're looking for a common thing or animal around you in that case. Plus the lynx medicine as native Indians refer to it resembles my personality so close it almost knocked me off my socks!

Just made the cup of tea and a snack.

Looked at the computer clock....
