I have no recollection of this dream, but my partner said I was talking in my sleep.  I told her that Jesus' nipples were dead.  I am thinking I am not recieving nourishment from the spiritual side?  That would make sense... I have no recollection though so I am not sure of the other details, how it fits.

In the dream I do recall, I was back studying at university, during exam week.  I have finished some exams and look to see what is next.  It is physics, and I have not gone to any lectures, done any assignments, or any study.  I am unprepared and will need a great effort to pass.

This is my suggestion - it may mean that your knowledge and intellect has brought you a lot of success and or wealth in your life so far, however there is some unknown area in your life or within yourself that you need to develop your wisdom in or channel your focus and intellect on in order to ultimately bring wealth and success to that aspect of your life or self as well - the spiritual aspect of your life perhaps? Whatever it is, although you have gotten through your other exams just fine, this one has you worried and feeling unprepared, so it may also mean that you feel insecure or deprived in that aspect of your life too. The first comment you made about your partner hearing you saying Jesus nipples are dead I think you came up with a good analysis. Maybe they both tie in together. Thanks, I think you have given good analysis here.  I was thinking along the lines of uni = 'higher' education, meaning sort of spiritual learning.  I think the key in this dream is the subject being physics.  This was specific in the dream.  I am trying to nut out what this is alluding to.  I was thinking perhaps one of two things, physics being the laws of nature more or less, perhaps, it is alluding to understanding how it all works, or alternatively the physical undertaking of spiritual practices being incomplete, (ie not doing 'assignments' or going to classes akin to not going to a temple / church, or meditating / praying, or studying being reading spiritual papers.

That all just came to me then...  and fits in quite well with the first dream.  Food for thought.
