In my dream i was in a very grassy field with my cousin  and he kept kicking a soccer ball into this river and i kept getting it for him. Every time i went near the water my grandma would start talking to me but I'm not sure what she was saying.  Than the one time the ball was kicked further into the water and there were rapids. She kept telling me not to go into the water, especially not the rapids.. but i dived into the rapids and got the ball. She was then also swimming in the water with me and got out with me and  she was still talking to me.
The dream was if she was still alive except nobody knew she waas there except me

I was wondering if anyone knows what this could mean?  if it could mean anything... is she visiting me?  or is it just my subconscious mind playing games? The odd thing is earlier that day i was thinking about how i want to see her in my dream and talk to her, and then to realize i was dreaming,  but the last part never happened. :P
oh another thing is her ashes were thrown into streams and rivers, could this possibly mean anything too?  She died almost a year ago, the dream was 6 days before a year.

Another dream i had of her was a few months after she died,  in the dream she knew she didnt have a lot of time and we were leaving her house and she was telling me all the things she wants to do before she dies,  i didnt tell her she was already dead tho in the dream  i knew she was.


Please help me, any information about dreaming of deceased family members would be great! ,  thanks for reading this

If it were my dream, I would examine what water means to me. Was the water murky or clear? Was it peaceful? How did I feel while I was in it? When i see myself eating a delicious juicy steak in a dream, I know that something is very wrong. This is because I don't eat beef. The arrival of rotten meat is even worse often symbolizing severe negativity. When I'm in dirty water, I also know I have negativity attached to me.  It all depends on what things mean to you.

To me it sounds like you requested contact with your grandmother and your wish was granted. She is obviously with you and wishes to guide you. She loves you, so if she is telling you to turn away from the water it could mean trouble ahead. Maybe you are stubborn and tend to leap before you look. Or maybe you aren't paying attention to something that can get your into trouble. It is difficult to heed warnings when we are so caught up with our bad habits and pleasures. In this case, you were enticed by the ball which indicates fun. Maybe the rapid water is a turbulent time. We could say that recreation leads you into trouble. She was with you in the water. She could very well be telling you that she will be with your through whatever conflict lies ahead.

Or...

Maybe there is no turbulent time. Maybe she is just being a grandmother and wishes to let you know that she is fine, but you need to stay onshore because that is where you belong. She has been scattered in the stream in death. Your place is on solid ground to live safely and happily. Either way, she will always be with you. She came onshore with you right?

Our Ancestors will come and visit us in our sleep because that is one of the easiest ways for them to communicate with us. In sleep our ego is suspended and we are able to connect freely to the astral world with our etheric bodies. Talk to your grandmother during the day if you miss her. She will hear you. If the energy is right and it is for your highest good, when you ask her to come visit you in your sleep, she will. If the timing is not right, then you may have to wait. But either way, just know that our loved ones often keep a close eye on us as we journey through life.
