I have always found it hard to remember dreams
I think sometimes remembering dreams does help u face life in the future and makes u self aware. It opens the doors to ur own mind:))
found some ways to help one remember his/ her dreams:
1. Focus ur mind before going to sleep... tell urself u shall remember what u dream that night. keep ur mind clear of all other thoughts.
2. Focus ur mind when u wake up... keep ur mind free of all other thoughts and remember what u dreamt so taht u can write it down.
3. have a regular routing of sleeping everyday.
4. maintain a stressfree life with no bad habits.
5. wake up naturally without an alarm clock.
6. Some people can recall dreams more easily than others. dont let this deter u... take ur time , talk to people and automatically it will come to u.
