I think it means that you have to brace yourself for some high money outflow. It may be something that you were subconsciously aware of. These expenditure may be for a good cause or even for something religious.
Is there some chance of relocation in the near future? Are you thinking along these lines?

Maybe you should think against the thought of becoming a mother because you might treat your future children like cr*p, or quite simply, if you've started having chocolate fudge intercourse (or have been doing so for a while) you should stop now before irreversable damage is caused.

Child birth is about a new beginning.  This new beginning can be in ideas, career, relationships, etc.  Rarely is it a new birth as in a baby.  

It would appear you were/are going through a new beginning in life - probably your career/job.  Something about this new beginning does not feel right - hence being birthed from the wrong place.  Perhaps it would benefit you to relax, enjoy the gestation, and get all the facts before birthing the situatiion into your life.
