I feel they might be connected somehow.

The first dream:

I was being chased by a tiger on a balcony and stairs.  He would climb over the railing and walk along the edge following me and would follow me up and down the stairs.

The second dream was lucid,  but I couldn't seem to control it:

I had on an outfit and as I was walking to a different room I took off my underwear and through them in the hamper.  I went into the living room and sat on Colby's lap. I had one arm around his neck.  I had my right hand resting on his stomach.  He was rubbing my legs and slowly worked them up my skirt.  Wes was in another chair talking with us.  I was trying to get him to help me with some cleaning in my room.  Me and Wes walked in my room and I took my clothes off so that I could change.  I searched through one dresser for pink sweatpants, and another one for a tank top.  I kept finding white and orange ones.  I finally put on a baby blue tank and layered it with a striped baby blue and orange tank.  One of the dressers was tall and thin, dark brown in color.  The other was short and wide, but a sandy color.  While I was looking for the tank tops Wes kept talking about my boobs.  He came over to help me and rubbed my neck a little then had me suck on his fingers.  Once I was dressed he asked me what I had planned now that he was in my room.  I told him I was making him help me clean.

Pink is a colour of passion. Perhaps you are looking for passion.

Tigers have very good eyes. Not sure what else this could mean.

The theme of cleaning seems significant also, and this means more then just having a tidy house.

This stood out to me about the possible symbolism of the tiger in regards to these two dreams:

"Seeing a tiger in your dream, symbolizes repressed feelings or emotions that frighten you. Alternatively, the tiger represents female sexuality, aggression, and seduction."  In particular the female sexuality / seduction.

You are being chased on a balcony and stairs...  The tiger being on the railing...

Balcony - Accessing parts of oneself that have been hidden and now are available. A need or desire to be noticed. OR Dreaming of or dream that you are on a balcony, refers to your desire to be seen and noticed. It may also mean that you are on your way up the social ladder.

Stairs - Dreaming that you are walking up a flight of stairs indicates that you are achieving a higher level of understanding. You are making progress into your spiritual/emotional/material journey. It also represents material and thoughts that are coming to the surface. Dreaming that you are walking down a flight of stairs, represents your repressed thoughts. It suggests that you are going into your unconscious. It also refers to setbacks that you will experience in your life. If you are afraid of going down the stairs, then it suggests that you are afraid to confront your repressed emotions and thoughts. Is there something from your past that you are not acknowledging. Seeing spiral or winding stairs, signify growth and/or rebirth.

Railing - Dreaming that you are holding on to a railing means that you are desperately holding out for a chance to obtain the object of you affection.

Do you remember if you were going up or down the stairs?  My visual impression of the dream was going down, but that might just be in my head.  Because you are being chased by it, perhaps you are being tempted (but fighting it / running from it) to use your feminine sexuality and seduction to 'desperately hold out for a chance to obtain the object of your affection'?

This seems to be reinforced by the second dream which seems to be all about seduction.  Are you perhaps tempted to try to make Wes jealous, that being sitting in Colby's lap whilst talking to him?  Then taking him into your room and taking your clothes off.  You want to change your clothes...

Clothes - Dreaming of your clothes, is symbolic of your public self and how you are perceived. It is indicative of the act you put on in front of others. Clothes is also an indication of your condition and status in life.

Perhaps you are wanting to change your approach to the situation regarding Wes that seems [to me at least] to be in a bit of a stalemate.

I think the dream is also addressing the points of why you wish to enter this relationship, and a little bit of a mismatch.  You want Wes to help you 'clean your room'.  I agree with Aegeus on this issue.  This is probably a reference to 'cleansing' some aspect of your personal space.  Possibly your 'private life' being symbolised by your bedroom, or perhaps your sexual life (associated with the bed).  His focus is almost entirely on your breasts, sexuality and seduction [rubbing neck and sucking on fingers].

The symbology of dressing yourself is interesting.  The source of the clothes are opposites, or in contrast.  Short and fat / thin and tall, dark brown / sandy.  Are you presenting two opposing / contrasting images of yourself in regards to the Wes issue?  This dual presentation could be confusing for Wes.  I think this could be symbolised in the pants and in the tanktop.

The pink {Pink represents love, joy, sweetness, happiness, affection, kindness.  Being in love or healing through love is also implied with this color, the appearance of hot pink color in your dream, represents sex and lust.} sweatpants bringing up those issues of sexuality and perhaps a lustful nature, whilst the top you can only find white and orange, white being purity, perfection, peace, innocence, dignity, cleanliness, awareness, and new beginnings (very conflicting with the pants) and orange being hope, friendliness, courtesy, lively, sociability, and an out-going nature.

Then there is what you settle on; the orange mixed with blue.

Blue represents truth, wisdom, heaven, eternity, devotion, tranquility, loyalty and openness. Perhaps you are expressing a desire to get away. The presence of this color in your dream, may symbolize your spiritual guide and your optimism of the future. You have clarity of mind.

The possible meanings of this that I would think could be a suggestion.  The spiritual guide suggesting orange as the appropriate choice between white and orange.  Alternatively it could be suggesting that an orange presentation (more social nature as opposed to pure) mixed with a loyal / open nature should be applied to the situation?  No need to be so pure?  Just be honest, open and sociable?  Or perhaps that has already come to pass?

I was going both up and down the stairs...like back and forth trying to get away.

I'm repulsed by Colby, so his presence was a surprise to me.  He sees women as objects and it seems nothing more.

I don't feel like Wes sees all of me.  I think he's seen little glimpses of different aspects, but he doesn't know me the way my closest friends know me.  Granted situations where I can show all of me to him haven't really arisen.  I'm somewhat afraid of what he'll think if I open up about myself 100%.  There are some things about me that a lot of my friends don't know.

I feel like it's all so much to piece together.

Going up and down the stairs trying to get away could mean going from conscious to subconscious trying to get away but to no avail. Tied in with the cleaning theme, either something that needs to be cleaned, cleansed, or transmuted, but going with tiger meaning of female seductiveness as well as the guys in the dream, perhaps an aspect of self that needs to be accepted, and mastered so that it can bring you things you want, and need, and not create problems and attract things you don't want. Like accepting female seductive powers, or rather prowess, represented by the tiger, and mastering it to create more desirable realties, and cleansing so that it is not polluted by things which you don't want.
