The dream starts at my parents house. I have not lived there in years and I go to visit. I find my parents in the houde with the front door open and my much younger brother in laying on the porch. They are all in a half sleep half dead state like petrified in a coma. I am standing on the porch looking over my brother. The town they live in is deafiningly quite and no one is there like a ghost town no birds, nothing. Then I see this man walking up the street towards their house. He is a darker man of mediteranian decent with peircing blue eyes. He is the most beautiful man I have ever seen. The closer he gets the more frightened I get. he is evil but so beautiful I can't look away. He keep walking towards me until all I can see are his eyes because his face is so close to mine. His eyes are the most peircing blue and then I wake up. I have had this dream a couple times within the past year.

The presence of your parents house indicates to me that it is addressing that area of your life (family / parents), something you haven't thought about but maybe now revisiting [I have not lived there in years and I go to visit].

The front door is open, you are free to go inside?  Almost like inviting you in?  Everything is half-dead / half-asleep.  There is no life, not even in the town.  Absolute quiet.

Could that relate to your relationship with your parents / family?  Are you welcome to go back, but for a long time that relationship has been half-asleep / no life there?

Interesting, on a balcony:
Balcony - Accessing parts of oneself that have been hidden and now are available. A need or desire to be noticed.
Or porch:
Dreaming of a porch, represents your personality, your social self, your facade and how you portray yourself to others. Consider the condition and size of the porch. In particular to dream of an enclosed porch, suggests of your tendency to distance yourself from others and your desires for privacy. Dreaming of an opened porch means your outgoing nature and welcoming attitude.

Perhaps you have a social need or desire associated with your family, in particular your much younger brother?

The Devil:
