Hi there and welcome. Can you give a more detailed explination of what you mean? I have heard stories of people seeing things in a room through lucid dreaming that they wouldn't have known were there. I think this is where dream and OOB's start to blur together. Now as far as taking the ethereal and making it corporeal I don't feel is possible unless you were using synchronicity to cause it.

kinda like its possible to be in alpha/theta and visualize and manifest things, would it be possible if you were lucid dreaming? i dont know how it would work but its just a thought.

The word your looking for is generate. It is possible to ground dreams into reality. Focusing on them helps. By having a vision and keeping clear sight of it you can see clearly how to bring it into reality.
Manifest must have been used in context that made it sounds like it means to make something real. This I believe happened since in the skeptics mind something does not exist until it has been proven. Once proven it exists, or is manifest.
