Someone tell me what that means? Me and him are in this place with winding staircases and he decides were gonna have a little fun and all of  sudden i look next to me and he's a dog(Cocker Spaniel nametag, collar  and all   ) I am laughing at this and he takes off running while i chase after him and says "keep up with me!" so i do until i reach a certain place which has 4 ways to go but i havent a clue where he went in I call his name and i hear him tell him me "i'm over here!" , i pick one and suddenly see a young man trying to steal him away so i turn into a dog myself and growl and tell the guy to back off, as soon as he leaves we turn back to our normal selves and my bf looks at me and smiles and says "good job,  you past that test." what test would that be?? my bf is known to put dreams in me its actually one of the ways we keep in touch, but what does that mean?

PS: BTW Lycanthropy (which is referred to in my earlier link) is the phenomenon of transforming from a human being into a werewolf - a form of shape shifting.

It would be my pleasure to do so, although I did warn you that it would probably be difficult to understand. Dream interpretation is more of an art than an exact science.

These commonly attributed characteristics include love, courage, friendship, loyalty, sexual fidelity to name only a few. These few however are the biggies.

So putting this all together, I believe that the dream is trying to help you to form and maintain more satisfying relationships with members of the opposite sex both now and/or in the future, by encouraging you to become more aware of and more fully develop the characteristics symbolically associated with a dog.
