Wow, Thanks guys. You all are soooooo descriptive and straight to the point.
Tiger, your right. I am a die hard believer when it comes to morals and values, but I still can't see why there would be conflict in that area.
And Gina, you were right when you said that I was changing, I am entering a new phase in my life as we speak.
Further info:
I grew up with my family getting everything I wanted, being unconditionally loved, and being SAFE. My mom was my home, heart and everything else. Everyone else(everyone in the car) came after her, my sister was like a second mother.
When I entered adolescence, I became detached from my brother, we entered different cliques in school and everything, we barely talk, (in my dream, he rejected I do CPR on him).
I love my family but I don't feel that I have to stick by them all my life, and now I'm finally almost grown.
I want to move out and be on my own, I think I can do it, but something inside of me is telling me to wait. Or I'm not ready. This is where I get confused. What else is there to learn? What else is there to do?

Because what are thought of as being our society's moral values (which I do not feel are very moral in general) so often are totally out of line with what your own parents have tried to teach you when you were younger than you are now. I would hasten to predict that there would not be more than a hand full of people without such conflicts between their own values and those of our society. Growing up and maturing as an adult often involves us more fully coming to terms with these apparent pairs of opposites.

Your confidence in your ability to be effectively independent of your parents at present greatly exceeds what your instincts are telling you is the truth. The something inside of you is your own inner voice, and between your confidence and your gut feelings I would advise you at your present age that intuition is generally a more reliable guide to you finding the right path to take.
No you are not I agree quite ready to branch out completely independently of all their support on your own just yet, but you are slowly but surely getting there, so why the big hurry?

No matter how old you are there will always still be plenty to learn and no shortage of things to do, but Rome was not built overnight. Your life is a work constantly in progress, and it is just as much about the way in which you get from point A to point B (from your birth to your physical death, than it is about your destination). Patience is both a virtue and an inner strength which few of us can survive for very long at a time without. Possibly both developing more patience both with yourself and with life in general and sorting out what you really need from what you thought that you wanted, are two of your life's most important lessons. Do not push things along too fast according to to your own rigid time schedule, before you are adequately prepared to accept the responsibilities and consequences of your actions in a mature and balanced manner. Although your time on Earth is not without an end, take your time and make the most of still being a teenager while you are still able to.
Salutations 2U my young friend,

Thanks so much, you were so right with the patience thing. I just had a major break through a couple of days ago. I now know that I am the right path :D

If you want to learn about interpreting dreams, look at it as something which happened inside you. What is family inside you, or what is car means inside you?
I had the same dream like yours too, and this is what I found:
Brothers and sisters : Your preferences, habits, etc.
Mother : What you're able to get.
Car : Circumstances.
Death : Change.
Water : Emotion.
In short your dream might meant:
1. That there's something that you don't like, maybe in your daily life or your habits. There's something in you that you want to change. But no matter how hard you tried, you can't--you always come back to it. It is the changing that you want, symbolize by how your mother act in that dream. You're still trying to live as how you are living now, without having to change a thing, that's what symbolized by you're attending special classes.
2. There's a change in your live that you don't like, though deep inside you know that this change could not be avoided. No matter how, you're still trying to stop the changing.
