Last night (2/9/09) I had a dream about a spirit being inside me.  I woke up around midnight and couldn't get back to sleep because I had a feeling that something was wrong.  I've also been waking up with weird cuts that I don't remember having before sleeping.

I couldn't get back to sleep for three hours until I started asking for protection.  After that, I though I heard something leave and my room mate stopped whimpering in her sleep.  I had stayed up the entire time and it felt like was possibly in or over my room mate.  Her energy felt different and she seemed troubled.

I've only been attacked by one other spirit who was apparently feeding off of my energy a little under a year ago.  I had seen it in a dream and when I woke up, it was standing over me strangling me.  In the dream,  I had been in an old house with some friends, we had gotten separated and I ended up looking on the first floor for something.  I went into a room next to the stairs and I was being strangled by a hag.  I really don't want something like that to happen again.

There are stories that my dorm building is haunted by a girl who committed suicide jumping off the landing right outside my room.  I'm wondering if I'm just scared of if she is haunting the building.  Also I'm not sure if she might have died somewhere else instead because only in the second floor bathroom one shower will randomly turn on with no one even near it.
