Ok, I've got a couple dreams for anyone interested in helping me interpret.
I've been trying to make sense of them for a few years, actually.
I've had 2 dreams now where I had a deep conversation with the late bass player Dee Dee Ramone. They were a couple years apart & pretty random. The dates of the dreams weren't significant to anything I looked up & while I enjoy their music, I like a lot of other bands equally, if not more so.
In both dreams, we were in somewhat intimate positions, but it wasn't sexual & we were fully clothed. We were quite comfortable with each other, as if we were old friends. There was a sensual side to our relationship, but there was no indication that we would do anything more than talk with each other.
I could not recall the conversations from either dream upon waking, & the general topic never came to me later, as sometimes happens. However, in the 1st dream, I do remember him saying one thing very clearly to me, toward the end of our conversation. He said quite matter-of-factly, "You should be me."
I have never made sense of that statement, or the reason for the dreams.
While reading an article by Betty Bethards' husband, he explained what it might mean when you are visited by the deceased or by a celebrity. You can find it here. http://www.innerlight.org/page6.html Basically, those who've passed on are actually dropping in on us, while celebrities represent our guidance. (Presumably it's easier to listen to someone you recognize.)
Both of these explanations make sense to me on their own, but what about celebrities who've passed on? Maybe they are *actual* guides & not just representations? But if so, why Dee Dee? I don't play bass & I don't really identify with him as a musician. Ella Fitzgerald, Janis Joplin, or Edith Piaf would make more sense. Not in the intimate relationship area, but musically, of course.
Anyway, I still don't get it.

If someone else has an idea, I'd love to hear it.
