Please let me know if any of what is written in the above article seems relevant and/or useful to you in better understanding the most likely meanings of these three consecutive pregnancy dreams to your dreaming mind, which is all that really matters in the end.

Thank you. That link was quite helpful. I had a few interpretations going on, but now I'm thinking that maybe the dreams were meaning to tell me to go ahead and end the relationship..... start new, "give birth" to the thoughts that were in my head. I had been struggling with ending things, and then the dreams started.
There was the interesting mention of giving birth signifying "something in your life that will be painful to deal with but will ultimately give you great joy."
While I never actually delivered the baby in any dream, I did go into labour in the third one. My b/f wasn't there initially. I was with a friend who was telling me that my stomach looked odd (it did), then I freaked out and started screaming to 'get it out'. I went into labour and was so upset and distressed. I just kept thinking how I wanted to get the baby out (wanting things to be over because they were too painful!!). However, then my b/f showed up and pushed my friend out of the way so he could deliver the baby, and as soon as he was there I felt calmer and happier. Haven't figured that part out yet, but the link to that page helped make a lot sense of this.
Thanks, EOT!

Pregnancy and fertility in many instances mean the birth of something. The fertility card in tarot means the beginning of a new period. The meaning of your ex in your dream may depend on your feelings toward him. Is it likely that your 'wishful thinking' has appeared in this dream? So, maybe it is a new life with a baby. Maybe not a baby, but something else just as wonderful.
