I had ad ream last night that I was at someones house. I have no idea who the people where and felt out of place. There were alot of kids running around and it was chaotic. Everyone was in a rush, but I didnt know why.
The house also had alot of odd animals in it they fept aas pets. At one point one of the kids rushed up and handed me this odd black bird that had colorful rubber spikes all over its plumage. I tried to hand it back and the bird clung to me and did nt want to go back to the child.

I walk in the kitchen and someone hands me a tiny baby/miniature owl that fit in the palm of my hand. I thought it was adorable. The place got chaotic again with all the childrn and adults rushing around.

After some time, I remeber the bird was in my hand still. I look down and now it was in my handd wrapped in a papertowel. I open my hand and realize its dead. Somehow I killed it. I lay it on the table in the towel and not it has turned into a clear crystal owl ornament. I'm sad. Someone comes up and says it's ok, rub it, it may come back to life. They touch it and I see color coming into the crystal owl now.

I dont believe it can really happen and leave the owl on the table and try to find my way out of the chaotic house.

The owl is a symbol of wisdom, seriousness and thoughtfulness. Dreaming of an owl in the dream means that your judgement of a personal situation or a person was correct. But holding on to the owl in your hand to the point it goes completely rigid sounds to me as though you have a vice like grip on the situation and are wanting to take total control, when it would more likely be better to tread softly with that person, and not to act in such a rash manner without fully considering the potential negative consequences of rushing in where angels fear to tread and saying something which you might later live to regret.

Your dream appears to be saying that you have accurately judged that the person concerned has not been telling you the entire truth, but also that while you need to do something about this you should not engage your tongue before you have first put your brain into gear.
