Someone evidently felt that you badly needed to get that wax out of your ears in your dream, because symbolically you are not listening carefully enough to the messages contained within your dreams, or are not trying hard enough to apply them to your life when still wide awake. You do not seem to be similarly hearing things very clearly in your waking life, and the time has arrived for you to finally listen more attentively to what the messages have told you, that you could in turn use to improve your current circumstances.
The ears, nose and throat each have their own specific symbolic meanings, but for the sake of interpreting this particular dream I feel that their interconnectedness is being underlined here, instead of their separate individual ones. Because you are not hearing your inner guidance properly what comes out of your mouth is often also acting against, rather than in your favour. To be properly guided by a Higher Power than ourselves we need to be at least as good at listening, as most of us appear to be at using our own tongues.
A particularly "gross" dream is often a means of your dreaming mind administering some shock therapy in order to get your attention, or as a wake up call?

i had a really weird dream hope someone could interpret this... i just remember laying down in bed and this is going to sound gross but someone was pulling sticky wax out of my ears then they told me dont move turned me on my side and it started coming out of my mouth alot of it...and they were telling me if i move i would get very sick... then i panicked and i felt like i was going to choke on it... then i woke up and felt spooked out... i just wonder what this means.... thank u... much love and huggies
