For me the lion represents nature. The Lion is the king of the animal world so a human being with a lion's face lives according to the natural world and gregorian linear time and has difficulty to resist the temptations of that world. Opposite to the lion is the snake that represents more the subconsciousness or inner life. What the lion means in your specific case prob depends on the context of dream.
Since all the people on your table have lion characteristics I suggest they all have a good position in life or prob also a certain status. But a Lion without self reflection will eventualy lead to selfdestruction although it might come with a dosis of succes in some periods of their lives.
