There are I feel as many possible levels of interpretation within your dream, as there were the number of floors in the shopping mall itself.
The major theme running throughout your dream appears to be having close calls, and related to your own ability to protect others who are under your care and supervision at the time.
As your sister and the rest of your family including your cousin seem to be focussed on in your dream, in my opinion (I could be wrong about this), this is trying to tell you something important about your relationships with these important people in your life, both in the present and when you were much younger.
A shopping mall is like a supermarket where everything can theoretically be bought under the same roof.
Within a dream it suggests to me that you are placing unrealistic expectations upon yourself as being responsible for what everybody else does or does not do, and that you might also be trying to have all of your own personal needs satisfied by the one person.
The many floors in the mall as I suggested earlier may be themselves symbols of the various and different aspects of your relationship with each individual, and my feelings are that this dream is only likely to be the very beginning of a series of dreams which will examine each of those floors or levels in turn.
Please therefore have your dream journal and a reliable pen handy on your bedside table, in order to quickly jot down any details of these dreams (or the strongest feelings associated with them) over the coming weeks.
Regards,
