Ever since I was a little kid, I'd alway have this dream that I fall into water (I assume an ocean, but I only get a small glimpse of the surface) and see nothing but blue. I hold my breath as long as possible, breath in, then wake up afterwards. This dream continues throughout my life, but one time I got really lucky.

One night, I actually had the "full dream". I was on this cliff made of white stone and the sound of a little girl is singing in the background so clearly, yet I forget the lyrics. I don't know whether I felt weak or I litterally walked off the cliff, but when I was off it, the girl's voice faded and all I could hear is the crashing of the waves until a smash into the water, the rest continues as every other drowning dream of mine did, wake up, repeat...

If anyone could help me withthis, that would be great. Thanks

Normally dreams of drowning suggest symbolically that the dreamer is currently feeling over powered, or is figuratively feeling that they are rapidly "being drowned" by their own emotions. The person may feel that they are in it over their heads?

In your case however because these dreams are of such a persistent nature over the space of many years, my impressions are that they could possibly relate to the way in which you died after one or more past life experiences.

Either that, or you must have felt particularly emotionally challenged or left completely alone with your own strong feelings, throughout your life up until now.

Oh thank you! I felt like it may have been a figure of emotional overpowerment, but I constantly have this dream so I was thinking it was a past life experiance. Thanks again.
