Hi Hanifa-
Don't worry so much about dreaming you're having sex with someone else in your dreams. They're just dreams and there isn't a single person on this planet that dreams they are always having sex with their spouse. It's just a dream and nothing to feel guilty about or worry about.
Without detail of your dream, it's hard to determine its meaning. If you can offer more detail, if it's not something you would be uncomfortable with and it's enough information we can try to interpret it for you.

Sex in dreams usually represents merging with some aspect of yourself. In this case it is a new aspect. Maybe some new part of yourself you are just developing. Joining with or merging is usually positive. People in dreams (even your husband) usually represent some aspect of yourself.
You didn't give much detail. You didn't even say sex was involved. You said cheating-- Is there some way in your life that you are cheating youself? or at least some part of yourself?
