I would not normally post this as it was not my dream but i would like to know why i was in it- i joined a group once a week for meditation among other things the woman who runs it i know quite well ( i joined a development group she was running that as now run its course ) her daughter is also in this group i have only met her half a dozen times at most shes about eight months pregnant last night she told me of a dream she had
she was in her bedroom and i was at the bed room door she said i was doing a lot of talking but doesn't know what i said she crossed the room to put her arms around her partner who was wearing a green shirt as she did so a black and white moth flew from his pocket and frightened her in the morning Wide awake she entered her kitchen that has green walls on the wall was a black and white moth  

can any body help with the interpretation please

It's not that easy to interpret a friend of a friend's dream since something can be lost in translation. I'd like to know more about why she felt she had to put her arms around her husband when you were talking in silence? Did she feel threatened by you in the dream which gave her pause to wrap her arms around him, was she putting her arms around hubby as her way of staking claim and letting it be known, or was it just to be endearing? I think putting her arms around her husband is key to helping understand this dream a little better.

As for the moth, it's quite possible some time during the night while sleeping, the moth disturbed her sleep (having no recollection of it) and it was so brief that it became a part of her dream, hence why she found the moth in her kitchen when she woke up.

I would suspect that there is a little insecurity on her part, being pregnant, her body is changing and she doesn't feel as fit or attractive as she did prior to the pregnancy or she is afraid she will lose her shape after the baby is born. I suppose in some way this dream is more about her fears and the way her body has changed more than anything else. Pretty standard...

I have often shared dreams with friends and my wife. I have also seen friends in dreams who I have not met in person, only to later see a photo that resembled exactly how these friends looked. Dreams are not always dreams. Perhaps you/your spirit were visiting your friend in your sleep. Maybe you had words of advice/wisdom for her, but she was not ready to hear it at that time. To me moths represent old baggage that we are carrying around. Perhaps what you had told your friend or her partner had allowed them to release this baggage so that they could move forward with that part of their life. They need not necessarily understand it (ie with their mind), but in their hearts what was said rang true and so this baggage, or moth was set free. That's my take.

Thank you Angelique i was also thinking may be she felt threatened by me but I'm twice her age so i ignored my first impression of her dream and was looking for something else ,there are also younger attractive woman in the group- if she felt threatened by me in the dream i don't think shes going to tell me    this makes it awkward for me i don't know if i should leave the group now

I'm not necessarily sure she feels threatened by you, though it's a possibility that never entered my mind, as much as I feel how a woman's body changes during the stages of pregnancy. She may not feel desirable, or even attractive with the stretch marks, swollen belly and weight gain and it may be a fear that her body isn't going to be the same after she gives birth. Not that you are a threat, you may very well be in her mind.. But I think you just happened to be the person in her dream where her dreams are telling her about her own possible worries and insecurities right now. Capeche?
