Bad dream of my mother and woke up at 2:22AM, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

I dreamed my mother stabbed me 4 times in the stomach

she was behind me and came up very vicious ... I can see my face screaming out in pain

I woke up at 2:22AM

did not go back to sleep at all!

Hi Deborah,

I do not wish to unintentionally upset you but any dream involving a knife is generally regarded as being bad for the dreamer, as it often predicts separation and quarrels, and in some cases losses in your business affairs.

To dream that you are the one who is stabbing another person with a knife is believed to symbolise baseness (low quality) of character, and the dreamer should therefore strive to cultivate a higher sense of what is the right and proper thing to do when dealing with them. On the other hand to dream that you yourself are being repeatedly stabbed with a knife often foretells domestic troubles, usually involving children.

The stomach in dreams is often seen as representing the centre of a person's emotions. This is possibly because the psychic energy centre or chakra associated with clairsentience or the sense of psychic feeling is thought to be located in the region of our solar plexus (roughly half way between the bottom of our ribs and our navel).

The stomach was perhaps the nearest major organ the dream interpreters could think of to this?

Overall this particular dream suggests to me that your mother is either causing emotional conflict between you and your child or children, or that she is at least making it much worse than it already is. Dreaming that she is viciously attacking you from behind your back in order to stab you, tells me that she is causing problems between you and any children in such a way that it is difficult to detect (and cannot say these things to your face).

The number 4 (the number of times she stabbed you) may have some special meaning only known to your dreaming mind. In numerology this number frequently indicates some form of limitation.

I sincerely hope that I have not myself contributed to a major bust up between your mother and yourself on the basis of of this one possible interpretation of your dream. It is difficult for me to say without you experiencing any other dreams of this type whether or not my interpretation is anything like the truth of the matter.

Me and my mom don't talk ......... there is lots of disagreements I stay away from in my family .. so no you are fine!

If I think of it I really think she was aiming at my heart ...........

she had this face of vengeance .. this face that she was crazy in .. I cant explain it .......yes I have had it again and again this dream I see and i feel it all the time!

my kids do not go around her ! I have not seen her in 2 years .. she would call from time to time but all bs calls .......
she lives about 20 miles from me .. not far but not far enough ..

I woke up feeling this dream very real ..

in past my mom has messed with voodoo dolls and witch stuff ...........she claims to have not messed with it in years ............. and this feeling just occurred to me ............

it is now a repeat dream..........

am soo stinking tired I cant think every night I wake up at 2:22 am from this same crappy dream!

Deborah,

I am truly sorry to hear this, but have you ever heard of a visualisation technique called DECORDING?

If the relationship between you and your mother is as toxic or unhealthy as what you have written strongly suggests, this self healing method should assist you to break the emotional bonds between you both in a manner which does not seek revenge, as this would be playing right into her hands. Tough love?

If you choose to respond to her attacks with more of the same bad feelings, it could easily backfire on you. Please let me know if this has helped to reduce the frequency of these dreams and periods of sleeplessness, when practised daily over the next couple of weeks.
