Last night I had one dream about someone trying to get into my house while I'm asleep. I would go around and lock every entrance around 3:oo in the morning, and when she was in the pool yard I saw her. Clear as day. I can still recall her exact looks.

*About 5'4" or 5'5" because she was taller than me.
*Skinny
*Thin face and skin that made her look younger than 35
*Brown eyes
*Shoulder length dark brown hair, thin and straight, back in a ponytail with little wisps on the face and neck
*looked as though she was dressed for some casual or workout clothes; maybe yoga.
*Smiled a lot

She talked to me for awhile but I can't quite remember exactly what it was, then she slowly faded back into a shadow and disappeared.

Would this be considered a psychic dream or looking into a past life or something?

It could have been an average nightly dream involving unconscious symbolism, a psychic dream possibly also involving a premonition of you meeting such a person later in your waking life, or perhaps one of your own past lives, or anything else for that matter.

My impressions are that unless you recognise this person as someone you have already met (or to be someone who is very like her), then she is either a symbol of your own inner wisdom or intuition, or in more psychic terms a spirit guide who has possibly been alive at the same time as yourself in previous Earthly incarnations, and is now serving as your guide in this current one.

In other words, ANY OF THE ABOVE IS POSSIBLE, AND POSSIBLY A COMBINATION OF MORE THAN ONE OF THESE AT THE SAME TIME!

The casual or workout clothes like those worn when practising yoga could either be pointing to a past life experience of your's in India, or it could be that one of your guide's more important functions is to help you to enjoy better health and relax more, while at the same time teaching you to develop a greater degree of mental discipline and inner focus.

Hoping this at least partly answers your question, which I feel is an excellent one and deserves more investigation if you wish to proceed looking more deeply into this. Monitor or watch your dream space carefully over the next few weeks or months (greatly assisted by you keeping a regular dream diary beside your bed) for further coming announcements, and helpful hints?
