I saw this dream two nights ago, on 15th Lunar day. I was talking with a young woman in the garden. She seemed to be one of my wife's friends but I failed to recognise her. Her little child, a boy if my memory has not failed me, was playing near us. A little butterfly was flying around us and suddenly, a dragonfly attacked it from behind and caught it. Do you have any idea what it means?

Hi Cyberstranger!

I think this may mean your subconscious warning you or telling you to have your guard up. You have a little boy, children are innocent, untainted by the world and then this beautiful butterfly flying around and all it does is add beauty to the world, make your day a little lighter unaware of the danger. Suddenly... unexpectedly, this dragonfly zooms in and eats the butterfly and it's all gone.

I would think your dream signifies you feel you need to watch your back.

Hi, Angelique! Something like that is coming true. Btw, the second dream I had that night looked this way. I saw my mother cutting throat of a big cobra and in the bucket I saw a lot of small snakes but they were all dead and headless . I think these dreams are related each to another.
