Sarah, I really feel for you. Grief is such agonising pain.
Just a couple of tips for you.....
Don't change a thing for a year. (I kept his clothes for a year and would smell them just to recall the smell of him) I'm not saying you shouldn't remove his clothes but don't move houses or anything drastic. The only thing I did was reduce the size of his wedding ring so that I could wear it along with my own. Now I wish I'd kept it to see if it would've fit my boys. He had such large hands.
Just remember that for every tear you cry.....he is worth every one of those tears.
And don't forget that when things get really tough, he is right there holding your hand.
Feel the love and accept the support of family and friends.
And accept the warm hug and prayers from this stranger from across the world.
If we never loved there would be no pain
xx
