around 3 o'clock in the morning i was dreaming of my grammy's kitchen-my deceased grnddaddy was washing dishes and there were cats evrywhere...some were mine whom are now deceased,and some i didn't know.cats and kittens-black,white.gray.orange,some calico.it was raining outside;so i took the kittens outside to play in the puddles where there were TONS of jumping tadpoles!

This one is slightly confusing as to how it actually relates, but maybe you'll understand it after you read this.  If not, oh well.. It's just a dream! lol

well many have said that dreaming of cats is bad luck, maybe that's why you think it's an omen...but i don't think you have anything to worry about. like tyrinaniel says, cats represent freedom and power, in my opinion for a woman a cat is a symbol of feminity and sexuality. so i think you can rest easy.i think tyraniel is absolutely right, it is your dream and you have nothing to worry about.

Cats aren't always a bad omen.  Maybe if it's black.. black when out of its typical association represents a bad omen.  I haven't really heard of or consider cats being a bad omen though.
