I dream that i was disown by my family !!!, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

Last night i had dream that i brought a man who i am madly in love with ( i really dont have a clue who is this man in my dream!! He was nothing but a shadow !!! ) ... I introduce him to my family , then one by one each and everyone of my family weren't too happy , there faces change form Happy and i am proud of you to Oh my god what have you done and am very disappointing in you look on there face . I was in total shock to see there disappointment then i started to cry as i turn to the man whom i love he just look at me and nodded , I ask my family why ? , then out of sudden i was lock out of my house i scream and pounded on the door asking them to let me in , as i turn to "the man " for comfort he just smile at me and kiss me on my forehead .

I found the spare house key as i open the door and enter my house it was completely empty then out of sudden i felt so heavy and my chest start to ache , i was on my knee crying in such horrible pain as i keep hearing voices of my disappointed family echoing the room .

I started to scream then turn round to face my lover who just stood there with his darken face then he too vanishes and i heard this really creepy laughter echoing the room .

I got up after that and i felt tears running down my face !!! Could anyone help me interpret this dream ? Thank you who ever take there time to interpret this nightmare ...

Do you have a real fear that you may be confronted in your waking life by the need to decide between having the man of your dreams, and continuing at the same time to do what other members of your family appear to expect of you? This dream suggests to me that you are one of those types of people who courageously attempts to please ALL of the people ALL of the time, often at the great personal sacrifice of your deepest feelings.

But surrendering to and going with your instincts that this man is the person you have been waiting for for most of your life will necessarily make you feel increasingly isolated from your much loved family and friends. To be disowned by your family would therefore be seen as possibly representing the ultimate rejection by those very people in the past whom you had thought were supporting your attempts to become an independent adult who can hopefully make her own informed decisions about what is in her and her partner's best interests, without interference from outside the relationship.

It seems as though your life may have been one of trying desperately to be the person your family members expect you to be, rather than you being true to yourself, and in standing up for your rights (to be more assertive without also being overly aggressive).

The last part of this nightmare is an expression of your ultimate fear that you may not only be rejected by your family (if you did not love and respect them as much as you obviously do, this would not be such an emotionally charged issue or difficult decision to make) but that your lover may also not be willing to wait around indefinitely which you are still making your decision as to in which direction you should move. By continuing to sit on the fence and do nothing, you could potentially lose both your family and your lover as well?

Notice that this dream is very likely symbolic of one of your many possible futures, and that it is consequently not to be regarded as a premonition of what will necessarily happen in real life. You are constantly creating and reshaping your future in the present moment by the decisions you make (including refusing to decide at all), and I feel that this dream is simply posing a hypothetical situation (you only saw the man as a shadow of things that might be) in order to better prepare you for when (or if) a similar situation arises in your waking life, sometime in the more distant future.

Usually when you dream of houses/homes, this represents yourself. You being the house. Are there things that you are afraid to face? Do you feel that you need to stand up more for yourself but are afraid that your family will disapprove?

The shadow in your dream could represent your negative traits that have been pushed to the dark recesses of your mind. To dream of the opposite sex means you are trying to develop a balance of the opposite qualities. So the shadow man could be you wanting to express yourself, but are afraid to. Maybe you need to realize that you do not always have to win the approval of your family, that sometimes you have to do what makes you happy.
