I dream of a job that I never want..., Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

I know this is random,

I dream that I am working as a carpenter. I stink at it, I don't like it, and I don't get it. What could this mean? Please help

With due respect I tend to disagree with you that this dream is a random event. I personally believe that it is often necessary in our lives to do things which we may find disagreeable and unpleasant over the shorter term, in order to ultimately increase our chances of getting what we really want in the more distant future. Sometimes we need to do things not to simply always have a good time, but rather because it is the right thing to do, not only in our best interests, but in everyone else's as well.

If the thought of being a carpenter is in some way repulsive to you, then it is my belief that this dream could very well be attempting to convey to you the general life principle of the value of making a sacrifice now, in order to significantly increase your chances of improving your circumstances at a later date.

A carpenter is building something. It is creating a wonderful something out of random pieces of wood (or other materials). There is something very creative in this for you. And a feeling of creating for others.

Jesus was the son of a carpenter and did not follow in parent's footsteps for occupation. Perhaps this is a message that you can create your own place in life....most particularly on a spiritual level....symbols aren't all about material pursuits.
