The following link might be of some help to you in better understanding the messages contained within your dreams. Assuming that you are either Japanese yourself, or in some other way relate to the spiritual beliefs about ghosts amongst the Japanese people and their culture.

"Somehow, Japanese ghosts — I wouldn’t say all of them, but most of them — are women in white dresses. In Japan, according to Buddhist custom, we put a white kimono dress on a deceased person’s body when we do the funeral, so that’s the very basic image of the ghost, and also the black long hair is kind of the most popular image of the Japanese female ghost, so I followed that too".

My initial feelings are that your dream is entirely symbolic (feeling as though you have been emotionally drained while asleep does not necessarily mean that you are being haunted by a real ghost), but I would I feel require much more background information than this before confidently deciding whether or not you are being visited by a spirit presence during the night in your dreams.
Have you ever had any other indication either while asleep or wide awake that suggest you are psychically sensitive? Do you believe that you have ever communicated with or have received communications from those who have died?
I feel that saying a favourite prayer for protection before you go to sleep, and a white light visualisation exercise done regularly could certainly not do any harm in the mean time as a form of extra insurance, just in case.
