thanks a lot
usually i get these kinda dreams when i sleep at abnormal times
like i work through out the night and sleep after sunrise and get them
before sleeping i can feel that there's some msg waiting to reach me and its forcing me to sleep so that it can reach me thru a dream
or few dreams come just before sunrise (if i sleep at normal hrs)
but in either case i somehow know that i have to sleep NOW to get that msg. i find no other way

I myself frequently experience either psychic visions, OOBEs or especially vivid dreams when I oversleep, or if I return to bed instead of getting up at the usual time I would normally begin my day.
We all have a fairly regular sleep pattern with dreams every 90 minutes or so, and sleeping outside the usual times for whatever reason (including shift work) can not only eventually leave us exhausted with the equivalent of jet lag (our sleep pattern is now out of synchronisation with everybody else's around us), but it can also seriously stir up the contents of our own unconscious, especially those thoughts which lie just below the surface of our waking minds.
There is even a distinct chance that many of these dreams are a form of mental house-cleaning, and that not every dream must necessarily has some deeper and more sinister meaning behind it. I agree with you that attempting to get to sleep on time and get your several hours of healthy dreaming every night is the ideal. Unfortunately, shift work, certain medications and a much more mobile population of workers all act to ensure that our sleep patterns continue to be disturbed on a fairly regular basis?
